Refund Policy
We offer a 7-business day refund policy for all e-Learning purchases.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 business days of your purchase date.
- The e-Learning must not have been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.
- Requests must be sent via our Contact Us form or directly to support@design-fi.com, along with your order ID.
Ineligible Refund Scenarios
Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- More than 7 business days have passed since purchase.
- You’ve already downloaded the complete e-Learning materials.
- You have completed over 30% of the e-Learning content (if trackable).
- You claim dissatisfaction without explaining a specific issue.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- We are not liable for any currency conversion losses, bank delays, or third-party transaction fees.
